Return Policy

At EC-TERA, every product is handcrafted and personalized with care.
We want you to love your order, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

💝 Custom & Personalized Orders

Because each item is made specifically for you, customized or engraved products can’t be returned or exchanged unless:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part (for example, wrong engraving).

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue at:

We’ll be happy to offer:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund if the product cannot be replaced.

📦 Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized items, you may return your product within 14 days of receiving it if it’s unused and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

⚙️ Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

❌ Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged by misuse or accident

• Personalized designs approved before engraving

• Sale or clearance items
